How can I personalise my card/s?
I have tried hard to make ordering and personalising your card as easy as possible. Select your colour choice where applicable and add any personalised message into the order box. You should choose wording similar in length and layout. I may need to amend your wording to fit with the card layout if your message is not possible. For cards with a Name, please note any maximum number of letters if applicable.
It is most important that you check your spelling & punctuation. It’s impossible to know if a name has been misspelt, therefore your text will be printed exactly as you supply it.
Is it better for me to leave my personalisation details in capitals?
With the exception of card designs that feature a name spelt out in capital letters, I recommend that you do not leave your personalisation details in capitals. Text that is all in capitals is not easy to apply to your order. It is also not possible for me to see where you would like the capital letters to be when your supply them all in capitals, therefore, you should not use all capitals unless that is the way you would like it to appear..
Can I choose my own wording for the front of my card?
Yes, where the design allows you choose the wording on front of your card but it is important to keep in mind the space available and the order in which the text is presented. Please leave your desired wording in the personalisation box.
Can I choose the font for the front of the card?
Although I am happy, where practical, to make a card to your choice of design I recommend that you stick to the font shown in the design for most of my card designs. Changing font can often produce unexpected spacing issues that will spoil the look of the finished card.
Can I personalise the inside insert of my card?
All featured cards are left blank inside for you to add your own special handwritten message. If you want to supply a printed message to be added to an insert, please use the contact form to request a bespoke card.
How soon will my card be sent out to me?
I aim to send your card out within 1 – 2 working days. If, during a busy time, it may take longer I will advise you of the estimate despatch date. If you need an urgent card, please get in touch contact with me via the contact form and I will try to accommodate your order
Can I see a preview of my card before it is posted out to me?
As my cards are handmade and not computer generated, I cannot send you a preview of what your card will look like. Your card will look the same as the demonstration card but with your personalisation request applied.
Can I buy an anniversary card to be personalised as a birthday card?
Yes, all my designs can be adapted to suit the occasion you are buying it for.
How are cards sent out?

Can you make a one off custom design?
Yes, I am pleased to work with your ideas to produce a unique card that reflects the recipient and occasion.
I have placed my order can I change the details I gave, or cancel my order?
If you notice a mistake with your order, please email me with your order number via my contact form. Provided I haven’t already made your card I will gladly amend it, however, orders for personalised cards can not be cancelled once they have been made.
Can I speak to you regarding my order?
All communication is via email ONLY to avoid any personalisation misunderstanding. I aim to respond to emails within 24 hours. Please remember to quote your order number with all correspondence.
How can I pay for my cards?
I use PayPal, a online leading payment processor, as my payment partner to handle your credit card details. Your credit card number is not revealed to me or stored on my system.
Will I get an envelope with my card?
If you order a card to be sent back to you with a matching envelope, your card/s and presentation envelope/s will be packed in a cellophane wrap to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Can I send cards to someone other than myself?
Yes, for added convenience, I can post your cards direct to the recipient. As most cards are supplied blank, you will need to supply a message to go inside the card. A small extra charge may apply for this to cover the extra time in making your cards. Please send an enquiry via the contact form for more details.
How can I get a refund or replacement card?
I carefully produce my cards to the highest quality, but should you receive a card that is damaged or I have made an error I will aim to replace it with 5 working days or provide a refund.
If the error is due to you supplying incorrect information, or you simply change your mind, then no refund will be made.
In the rare event of an issue arising, please use our contact form or reply to your order confirmation email (which contains your order number) and I will reply as soon as possible.
Please note that personalised cards are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but if you are unhappy with any card you receive I will always endeavour to resolve any reasonable issue.
